Ashtavinayak Groups is supplying welded pipe, per ASTM A 312, ASTM A 358 or as rolled and welded. We supply common grades of stainless such as 304/304L and 316/316L in standard pipe sizes and schedules including Sch 5, Sch 10, Sch 40s and Sch 80s. We also supply more challenging stainless welded pipe requirements including 304H, 316H, 309/S, 310/S, 317/L, 321/H, 347/H, 410, 410S, Duplex 2205, Duplex 2507 and many other grades of stainless, duplex or nickel alloys.

Stainless Steel Pipe(welded) 10”NB to 24” NB. in schedule 5.Schedule 10, Schedule 20,Schedule 40 and also special wall thickness is formed on 800 M.T. Press Brakes Hydraulic Press in length upto 6.0 o 7.30 meters. This section produces S.S. Pipes (welded) as per ASTMA-358 by TIG welding and filler materials is used. The large diameter pipe is then sized & straightened to meet ovality and dimensional requirements of the applicable specifications. Testing according to specification, is the performed by either X-ray or Hydrostatic method. Final marking to size, grade & specifications is done prior to final visual inspection before despatch. Chemical, Physical and Hydrostatic Testing are done regularly right from raw material stage, in process till despatching of finished product.
